Watertopia* is a proposal for democratic access to Sydney Harbour foreshore through collective action, transformative infrastructure and play. The work was commissioned by The New Landscapes Institute as part of Groundwork 2015 and a collaboration with Spanish architects Alvaro Carrillo and Carmen Blanco.
